MOTOR BYLAW BROKEN (By Tel«graph.) (Special to "Thi Evening Post.") PALMEKSTON N., This Day. An interesting case under the Motor Vehicles Act enme before;' Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court today, -vvhqn o lad under 15 years was charged with driving a car without a license The circumstances were that the lad's father, a holder of a license; was sitting alongside him teafching him to drive. The father, hold that lie was privileged to do that, and consequently entered a plea of fcot guilty for his sonj . : ■ Counsel-for the inspector,who brought the charge, pointed out that until the person was fifteen he could not hold a license, consequently the defendant was not 'entitled to drive a car at all, even though instructors were sitting alongside him. His Worship agreed, and imposed a small, fine. •■ ■ . .
