CESSION OF BESSARABIA
ITALIAN CHAMBER'S VOTE
(United Pi-oss Association.—Copyright.) ROME, 10th March. Signor Mussolini, in presenting a Bill for the, ratification of the Bessarabian treaty to the Chamber, asked for an immediate decision.
Signor Torre said that Italy's policy was in accordance with the principles of nationality, international equilibrium, and peace. In passing the Bill, the Chamber would be accomplishing an act of international loyalty, justice, and. recognition of historical political rights of a friendly nation. The Bill was agreed to by 200 votes to 1.
