Major Sarmento Bieres, the Portuguese aviator, hopped off in his seaplane Argus on Friday evening from Bolamn, Portuguese Guinea, .for Port Natal' and Brazil, in the Transatlantic, section of his world flight, according to a "La Nacion" dispatch.
