SMALLPOX ABOARD
CHINESE VESSEL AT SYDNEY (United Press Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 4th March. On arrival from China to-day the steamer Changes was held in quarantine owing to a rash being discovered, on a Chinese passenger. The port, medical oflieer was unable to diagnose the rash, and the vessel will be detained pending its development. V . s ■ Later. The case was diagnosed, as smallpox.
