TUNNEY'S CHALLENGER

SHARKEY DEFEATS M'TIGUE (United Press Association.-Copyright.) NEW YORK, 3rd March. Jack Shm-key, of Boston, heavyweight boxer, won on a technical knock-out over Mike M'Tigue in the twelfth round of a fifteen-round elimination match. In a letter to Sir. George Aklrid"c secretary of the New Zealand Boxing Council, Les Murray, ex-lightM-ught champion, who is now in Now York gives an account of the eliminating contests which are being hald in Madison Gardens.
