CONSPIRACY TRIAL
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received sth March, noon.) NEW YORK, 4th March. Ihe jury in the second trial of H M Daugherty and J. Miller on a charge of conspiracy, after deliberating over seventy hours, convicted Miller of conspiracy, but were unable to agree on a vordiet in tho case of Daugherty. The latter >n indictment has now been quashed. Miller is expected to appeal.
