MARIE BURKE IN "FRASQUITA"

To-night at the Grand Opera House the J. C. Williamson, Ltd., management will present Miss Marie Burke, Mr. 11. BaiTett-Lennard, Mr. Cecil-. Kellaway Mr. Herbert Browne, Miss' Thelma Bnrncss, Miss Marie Eaton,- Mr. Noel Dainton, Mr. Frank Hawthorne, and a brilliant supporting company of over 80 artists, in the first production here of Franz Lehar's beautiful comic opera, "Frasquita." This brilliant composer made his name famous the world over by his glorious melodies in "The Merry Widow." Miss Burkes duets with Herbert Browne are, it is said, alone worth listening to, and they aroused tremendous enthusiasm in Christchurch and Dunedin. Those two brilliant comedians, Mr. R. Barrett-Lennard " and Cecil Kellaway, have greatly' assisted in making "Frasquita" the success it is proving. There are numerous delightful musical numbers in "Frasquita," of which the following are probably the most popular:."You Will Love Me. No Doubt" (Thelma Burness and Herbert Browne), "Thieves, Thieves," and "Tell Me What Loving-Is" (Marie Burke). "Somewhere in Smokeland" (Marie Burke and chorus), "Valse Espagnol" (Marie Burke, Marie Eaton, and chorus), "Maiden, Maiden, if Yon want a Man" (R.
