HOCKEY MATCH ABANDONED.
Owing to lack of time in which to make the necessary arrangements, the hockey match which it was proposed to play against an eleven from H.M.S. Eenown, has been abandoned.
Buffering from pneumonia, a firstclass stoker, George Potts, was removed from H.M.S. Renown at noon and taken to the Public Hospital. Ho is in a fairly serious condition.
