ADDRESS AT TOWN HALL.
The Bishop of London- will speak at the Town Hall this evening, at 8 o'clock, on "Empire Settlement." The Mayor will preside at Hh? meeting, which will be preceded at 7.30 by a short organ recital by Mr. Eobert Parker.
