The six laps consolation all powers solo race resulted as follows:—Hibbers 1Belirman, 2; Stratton, 3. Won by forty yards. Time, 3min. Strattou broke the track lap record ,oVf3?§ th-? distance in 29 3-ssec, equal to 103.8 miles per hour. The previous record was 103.1 miles per hour
