lliere was no -appearance -of John George Henry iilane in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon when charged with discharging a firearm.: with intent-to intimidate persons in a :dwe]ling-house. It was stated that the accused was- 'seen'm an advanced state of intoxication, last night. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. ' '
