EASTBOURNE FERRY SERVICE.
_The management of the Eastbourne F«rry Service announces special attractions for to-morrow, both at Rona" and Day s Bays.' The Invercargill Civic Band will render selections on the Muritai at 10.35 a.m., and will then given an openair concert on the Rona Bay Recreation Grounds at 3 p.m. This band has been .very successful in the past, having won no less than three quickstep contests. The Greymouth Municipal Silver Band will Pjay on the Wellington Wharf . nd on the journey across th<s harbour on tlio Muritaiat 2.30 p.m., and will render an open-air ! concert at Day's Bay Pavilion at 3.15 p.m. .This band won the hymn tost selection at the present championship contest, and won ,the B grade contest at the recent Dunedin • Exhibition. Special boats, will run to suit the demands of the , public. Bowlers, trampers, tennis ulnyers, and early picnic . parties can avail themselves of the 9.30 Bjm. boat from Wellington.
