The Dairy Board's cheese^poolirig pol-5 icy, as outlined in its official organ,' is- toj include all produce graded from Ist Sep-j tember, 1926, up to and including 31st* July, 1927. Throughout this period dif-1 ferent prices and advance levels rule from'i time to time, but over the -whole periodj the policy is to return to each poundi of cheese an even price, grade for grade| (subject to one limitation regarding* shrinkage), regardless of in which monthf the cheese was made arid shipped. The advances so far made are:—' Cheese graded from Ist September: to 24th* September .received in- advance o£v7&&:aier^ lb for finest (firsl; ..grade being less and second grade another--%d lower). From 24th September to; 13th October,the advance was based on 7d for .finest;; other grades in proportion. From 14th October to 3rd December, 6d for finest; other grades in proportion. Since 4th' December to date 7d per lb for finest with the usual allowance for other grades.
