MOTORING BYLAWS
MOVE TOWARDS UNIFORMITY

DUNEDIN, 9th February. A conference of county councils throughout Otago was held to-day. A system of uniforjn bylaws was drafted and discussed at length, after which the eleven county councils represented agreed to adopt the uniform regulations. As a result it will be possible for motorists to tour the whole of Otago under uniform regulations. The hope was expressed that the lead thus given would bo followed by other provinces, particularly in the South Island
