PETONE TECHNICAL SCHOOL
The iirst meeting for the current yeax of the Petono Technical School Board of Managers was held last evening. Present: Mr. D. M'Kenzie (chairman) and Messrs. S. Edilson, J. J. Lewthwaite, H. Morris, \V. B. Nicholson, A. Gricrson, and A. Greening. The Eailway Department advised that it had appointed a representative to act on the Now Zealand Technical' Schools' Board to advise on a suitable course in railway engineering. The Potono Board decided to get into touch with the Advisory Board. The board decided to purchase two new typewriters. It was decided to seek information relative to commencing a motor mechanics' class. The director stated that the classes would commence on 14th February. '
