ELECTRIC LIGHT SPORTS.
It is now practically certain that a big contingent of representatives at the Dominion amateur athletic i-ham-.pionships in Auckland will come to Wellington for the sports meeting to be hold at the Basin Reserve on Monday night. In a number of cases, the contests for honours at Auckland will bo fought over again, and some very line sport should be witnessed. Thewalking event in which Cabot (Otago) and Lankoy (Dannevirke) will be competing should be of special interest. Excellent entries have been received for all events on a well-varied programme. .
