TO.DAY'S TOURNEY PLAY
To-day's results of play in the Wellington .provincial croquet. tournament are published below. The fine weather which has prevailed since the beginning of the tourney has been a great factor in getting the games played to time, but as the tournament is in its concluding stages the committee wish to remind players that if they do not report at the Kelburn green they are liable to lose games by default. (6); 26-12; Mr. Boocock (6) beat Mrs. Taylor (7), 26-25; Mrs. Boocoek (6) beat Mrs. Allen (8), 26-21; Mrs. Cameron (7) beat Mrs. Bricc (5), 26-14.. .Handicap Singles.—A grade: Mrs. O'Donnell defaulted to Mrs. Petrie; Mrs. Petrie (34) beat Mrs. Palmer (2}), 26-16. Lady Associates Championship.—' Mrs. Feast beat Mrs. Lowery, 26-14; Mrs. M'Donncll beat Mrs. Leech, 26----17; Mrs. Watkin beat Mrs. O'Donnell, 26-20; Mrs. Leech beat Mrs. Collins 26-6. Open Championship.—Mrs. Feast beat Mrs. Pritchard, 26-15; Mrs. Henderson boat Mrs. Bock, 26-23.
