CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS
vThe Canterbury and Otago teams to compete at the New Zealand amateur athletic championships at Auckland on Friday and Saturday arrived from the South this morning.:, They left by this afternoon's express for Auckland. While in town the visitors were the guests of the Wellington A.A. Centre. The following members' of the Wet' lington team left for Auckland this afternoon: C. H. Jenkins, J. Tv Fleming, E. K. Eastwood, C. B. Allan, A. D. Priestley, W. Kalaugher, G. J. Sceats,. C. Flet.t, P. Harrison, 'B. B. Smith, and Misses Porter, Manttan, and Collins, Accompanying the team were: Messrs. J. Peterson (manager.), A. C. Kitto: (delegate .to-.the.,amateur athletic conference), ,G. "Parsonage, ;P. Jenkins, i and Porter, Misses Kalaugher (2), and Mrs. Collins. The following are joining the team at Palmerston North: B. G. Sutherland, T. Oakley, W. Lankey, W. Harvey, and B. Gully. Messrs. L. A. Tracy and H. Austad (New Zealand Council representatives), and Miss Swinburne (member of. .the. Wellington iladies':. team) are leaving^ forv Auckland -tonight;■"■ T; Vangioni, now Stationed at Te Aroha, will join. the team at Auckland.
