SIR F. -NELSON'S IMPRESSIONS

LONDON, Bth February! Lord Stradbroke presided at Sir Frank Nelson, M.P.'s address at the Colonial Institute upon his Australian impressions. Sir Frank emphasised that ■ the Parliamentarian Delegatin did not go to Australia to devise a method of dumping the British unemployed, but there, was a body of opinion in Australia quite definitely opposed to immigration and Australians were biased towards seeing that primary in, dustries should not be developed out of all proportion to secondary industries.
