CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. ' A summons for a special jury in the claim for £7000 by J. R. Williams, engineer to the Lyttelton Harbour Board, against the Christchurch "Press" Company for alleged libel has been granted. It wag expected that the case would be called on at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court, cammencmg next week, but, jt will not cpme on'until probably; the end at April.
