(Received Bth February, 2 p.m.)' LONDON, 7th February." The "Daily Express's" Lisbon correspondent states that Colonel Mendesreis is leading the Lisbon revolt. The rebels rapidly captured the strategic positions in the city. The success of the movement appears to be feertain, as " practically all the civilians are armed and the collaborating with the revolutionaries. The enthusiasm of the revolt is due to discontent in the army and with the reforms instituted by Signor Carmona's Government.
