The "Daily Express" says that th* steel trust formed in September by; French, German, 'Belgian, and Luxembourg magnates is crumbling. /
Herr Thyslen, the German magnate, withdrew as a protest against Frer •>]>.' action in. the occupied- territories, and other Germans now demand that theii; percentage of trade be increased, otherwise they will abandon, the trust in April. ' ".
The Germans claim that the fall of, the franc artificially stimulated French production, giving France an advan{age that was not anticipated when thtf trust term 3 were arranged in Septem* ber. , . ' - .
