Thus the newspaper "Izvestia'' r sums up the Russian Government's attitude on China. The paper adds: "The Soviets support Bismarck's view against participating in avoidable conflict."
The "Izvestia's" statement follows M. LitvinoS's announcement that because Russia sympathises with the Cantonese this need- not hinder the latter from establishing good relations with Britain. "
