MINISTERS ARRESTED
(Received Bth February, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, 7th February. A revolutionary movement has broken out in Lisbon, supported by sailors, police, and Republican Guards and infantry. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the Interior have been arrested.
