(By Telegraph.—Press Association ) ; DUNEDIN, This Day. Dunng an address in Dunedin last night, the Hon. A. D. M'Leod said that Be was no pessimist, but this country could not go on importing motors, benzine, and accessories to the value of £7,000,000.
