A letter was received by the Wellington Automobile Club last evening stating that a service car recently covered 17 miles on a portion of a run in something like 22 minutes.
The Postal authorities have received cable advice' that mails which left Wellington on 4th January by the Makura, via Saa Francisco, arrived ik London on 4th February
