There was a good attendance at the fortnightly meeting of Muritai Lodge, No. 113, 1.0.0. F., N.Z., Eastbourne, Bro. F. E: Ovenderi, N.G., presiding. One candidate was elected and initiated, *nd another was nominated^ Bro.;'J. Seam; P.G., was 1 elected secretary, vice Bro.. W. A.:Stewart transferred,- the .services of the. latter .for several terms jfciing eulogistically recorded. - .Standing, Audit, Sick, Visiting, and Social Committees were elected, and the evening was concluded with a card tourna''meiit.

The fortnightly meeting of the Onslow Lodge, No. 128, 1.0.0. F., N.Z., Khandallah, was presideol over by Bro. P. Burnell, TB.G., there being a good attendance; The evening ivas * concluded with harmony.,. .
