THE MERRETT TRIAL
(United Press Association.—Copyright) LONDON, sth February. At the trial of John Donald Merrett on the charge j of murdering his mother, the Crown case concluded, after evidence relating to Mrs. Merrett's banking account. The hearing was adjourned till Monday, the Judge requesting the jury not to discuss the case, because they had only heard one side.
