MESSAGE TO CHEN
NEW ZEALAND LABOUR'S
POLICY
After consultation with the national organisations of'labour, the following cablo endorsing the policy of the British Labour Party in connection with the present crisis in China has been forwarded to Eugene Chen, the Cantonese Nationalist Leader:—"Eugene Chen, Foreign Minister, Hankow, —New Zealand Labour movement endorses British Labour policy, and urges you to employ every means to complete" amicable settlement by negotiation.—Nash, Secretary."
