{United Press Association.—Copyright) LONDON, 4th Feb. Despite a report from America that he will be refused admission to Cuba because he is a deportee, Kicciotti Garibaldi has sailed from Liverpool. He ridiculed the suggestion that lie was a Fascist ,agent-provocateur. In view of the decision .of the French Court, he has surrendered all his French decorations. His brothers did likewise.
