CRUISERS TO BE READY
(Received 4th February, 12.30 p.m.)
. BALBOA, 3rd Feb. ihc United States cruisers Cincinnati , Marblchead, and Richmond sailed for Honolulu .to await orders The cruiser Raleigh will follow immediately.
It is understood that the vessels will be held m readiness at Honolulu in case they are needed for any-emergency in China.
