COLLISION ON HUTT ROAD.
A collision took place yesterday after-, noon between a car driven by Mrs. Boyd (of Melling) and a motor-lorry owned and driven by Mr. W. H. Loveridge, oa the Main Hutt road, near the V.I.C. Mrs. Boyd was returning home at the time, and besides her own child, had with. her Mrs. and Miss Collins (of Pretoria street, Lower Hutt). All the ladies suffered from bruises and. Ehock, and Mrs. Collins was rendered semi-conscious. Tho sufferers were attended by* Dr. Nash, -who removed Mrs. and Miss Collins to their home in his car. Mr. Loveridge, in endeavouring to avoid a collision, struck and damaged a telegraph pole. Both vehicle* were damaged-
