TO TOUR DOMINION
MELBOURNE CLUB'S TEAM
CHRISTCHURCH, 22nd January
The secretary of the New Zealand Cricket Council (Mr. J. F. Peake) was notified this afternoon by cablegram that the following team would represent the Melbourne Cricket Club on its tour of the Dominion (the team will leave by the Marama on 28th January):—W. W. Armstrong, Ransford, Veling, Sandford, Onyon, Jewell, Wood, Johnstone, Campbell, Dakin, Rogerson, and N. Armstrong. The manager of the side will be Mr. Hugh Trumble. : Hendry will arrive in New Zealand a fortnight later..
