Drapers in wholesale and retail business will note the financial increase in • the Liverpool quotations for middling Upland American raw cotton. Last week,it'was quoted at 6.98 d per pound, V rise on that week of 23 points; this week the price 7S quoted 7.18 d, an advance on this week ->i 20 points. ' .
