DAIRY PRODUCE PRICES.
Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of the 20th instant:—"Butter: Market very quiet, inquiries limited to cheaper descriptions. Stocks accumulating finest Australian and New Zealand. We quote: Danish, 174s to 176s (178s); New Zealand finest, 174s (1745); New Zealand first grade, 172s (1725); Australian finest unsalted, 172s to 173s (1765); salted, 166s to 170s (168s to 1725).
"Cheese: Market quiet. We quote New Zealand finest white, 94s (945); coloured, 95s (95); New Zealand first-grade white, 93s (935); coloured, 94s (945); ■ spot price for Canadian white and coloured, 92s to 98s (92s to 985)."
