CAIRO, 18th January. Egyptian Moslems will no longer be able to divorce their wives in a fit of temper simply by repeating "X divorce thee" thrico before two witnesses, if thc_ Government adopts the recommendations of a special commission of investigation on marriage legislation. The commission recommends a drastic tightening of the marriage and divorce laws, including the prohibition of polygamy, except where a husband has established Ms ability to provide for an additional wife without prejudicing the position of the earlier spouse otspouses. - ■ ■
