AUCKLAND v. WELLINGTON TO-MORROW; ■.- ■

-.As a result of the 'ifbur Pluuket Shield matches played to date this season, Auckland and Wellington are tho finalists for the trophy, but before they meet at Auckland later in the month a match between the two undefeated teams is to be played, at the Basin Reserve. 'This commences tomorrow . afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Auckland team being due from the South to-morrow morning. In both sides there are several likely candidates for the New Zealand team, and on this account alone the match is bound to attract considerable >attention. It will also be an opportunity for local followers of the game to see the Sussex professional, E. H. Bowley, at work. He has been showing .fine form in recent matches. As the Plunket Shield will not be m dispute, in this match, the cricket should be bright ana entertaining.- At the same time, it may furnish some line as to.the team's prospects of final honours in the Shield competition. ■•■'-• ■ : r
