.-.•' In his match with -Butcher, (lOst silb), Billy Grime (9st :OJlb) played, with his opponent in a sensational manner. His greatest admirers never expected the fight to finish so quickly. . Grime was small in comparison with the massive Butcher, and, weight considered, it did not appear a fair match. Butcher towered over his crouching op-1 ponent and drove several hard rights to the head. Grime swung a right to tho body and whipped it to the jaw. Butcher sank to his kuees and fell on his face and rolled over in pain and was counted out. • Tommy M'Grath outpointed Al Brown (9st 81b) on a teachnical knockput in the seventh round.
