BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with m the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday by Messrs. I. Salek and J. A. M'Grath, J.P.'s. '. Negligent driving cost William Charles Simpson Booth £3. Alan Cooper and Robert Cooper, for speeding, were each fined £2.
For leaving their motor-cars unattended, Walter Andrews, John Percy Aldred, and Andrew M. Cleland were each fined 10s. . A similar penalty was imposed on James Johnston, Albert Meehlhopt, Stanley Naisbitt, Christopher Pinnock, Rodney Pankhurst, and Herbert Joseph Tutsehka, who left their motor-cars without lights.
Others fined were:—John Davie, for using an unregistered motor-car, £1; Albert Archer, for driving a motor-car without a reflector, 10s; Hilda Withers, for failing to give information, Ms; Jock Seagar, for failing to produce a motor-driver's license, 10s.
