The annual tattling Of tl>* Fluen«ol Proprietary, Ltd., was held: to-day. The annual report stated that sale*' had increased from £6731 to £0895—und the profit and lost appropriation account, which waa in d»bt £018 last year, was now In credit £518. Out of that It was pr6po»e<l to pay a dividend at the rats of 6 per cent, for the year, absorbing £330, and apply the balance of £183 to further reduce the exploitation account (representing Australian losies) from £121,'! to £1029. The profit would have been target but for the fact that the manufacturing expense* had Increased 23 per cent, aa against an increase of 20 per cent, in the sales, but there had beta a decided improvement tn the quality of the Q-tol. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, and Mr. 3. A. Stewart was added, to the directorate.
