CHAIRMAN RESIGNS

BOARD.
(United Press Association.— Copjright.) SYDNEY, 6th December. Mr. H. B. Larkin, chairman of the Commonwealth Shipping Board, has resigned. The resignation is understood to be due to differences of opinion with other members of the board.
