(United Press Association. —Copyright.) | LONDON, sth December. Survivors of the British sloop of war Valerian, lost during the hurricane at the Bermudas, havo arrived in London. The mon particularly praise one of the stokers, who swam with a lifebelt to the raft, saying he was "out visiting," and cheered up the men, who wero in an exhausted condition after twenty-one hours in the sea. I
