The "Daily News" states that the French naval concentration in the Mediterranean deepens tho mystery surrounding tho Franco-Italian frontier, where the dangerous tension on both sides is causing tho suppression of news. It is believed that at least three additional French regiments have arrived at the frontier within a week.
