Walker 5 for 12. South A, 197 for three wickets, declared (J. Taylor 10S not out, C. Elliott 40), met Swifts B, 46 and 62 (Hamilton 37, Hillock 26). Bowling for South A, C. Cell secured three wickets for 16, A. Martin three for 8, and A. G-ell 4 for 6. Welgasco A, 149 (Meade 36, S. Rod 35, Miller 25, Waugh 16, Hatcha'rd 11), defeated G.P.0., 59 (Lye 15, Faber 10). Bowling: For Welgasco A, Hatchard five for 16, Miller 4 for 27; for G.P.0., Wilson five for 72, Nansell three for 30. 1.8.C., seven wickets for 122 (Rollins 46, Dean 25, Whaler 14 not out), Welgasco B, 37 and 45 (Howison 21 and Wilton 10). Bowling: For 1.8.C. Whaler eight for 16 and Dean three for 13. Schneideman's, 94 (Napier 50) and 07 (Kershaw 40), met Overhead Department, 151 (Bolton 58, Hepburn 21), and .one wicket for 9 runs, declared.'
