STOLEN AGAIN
REVOLVERS FROM SHOWCASE,
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. "When we get those revolyors back next time we will chain them to the showcase," said the manager of E. Recce, Ltd., with a smile yesterday when he learned that three revolvers had been stolen for the second time from the .hop. They were stolen several months ago, but were later recovered, and a young man is at present undergoing reformative detention for the theft. On Wednesday night someono used a jemmy on the front door of tho premises and, effecting an ' entrance, made way to the rear of the shop and took the revolvers, each of which was of .33 calibre, from tho showcase. Several boxes of cartridges were also stolen. It is believed that the burglar entered tho premises with tho definite intention of stealing the revolvers.
