Members of the Wellington Choral Society paid a visit to the Otaki Sanatorium last night and entertained the patients and staff to some very fine items. The New Zealand University Amend-, ment Act, 1926, comes into force, on Ist January, 1927, and an election of five members of the University Council by members of the Court of Convocation will bo held in January. An official notification of the fact will bo made by advertisement early in January. Nominations will close on 10th January with the Begistrar of the University, who is the returning officer.
