CABLE TRANSPORTER BREAKS.

Tho Naples correspondent of "The Times" says that a remarkable tragedy has occurred in the Gulf of Napies, where the island Rock Gaiola, crowned with a solitary villa* owned by Dr. Grumbaeh, and connected with the mainland by a cable transporter erected in 1896. During a terrific storm Dr. Grumbaeh crossed safely, but when a patient, Baroness yon Parish was following the cable snapped, precipitating her into the seas, and she was drowned. Dr. Grumbaeh, blaming himself for his failuro to renew tho cable, committed suicide.
