DISPERSING STALIN'S OPPONENTS.

A report that Trotsky will succeed the lats M. Krassin as Soviet representative in London is believed to be based on a plan to disperse Stalin's opponents. The plan includes Kameneff becoming Ambassador at Rome, Lache-. vitoh going to China, and Ziuovie. to Poland or Lithuania.
