CHRISTCHURCH, 28th November,
In the cricket competition, Old Collegians, who had made 115 in their first innings, put on 94 for seven in the _ second. Old Boys, in their first innings, made 120 for nine wickets (declared). West Christchurch made 162 in their first innings last week, and St. Albans replied with 363 (Crawford 134, Sandman not out 37, Falloon 68). On the first d»jv Sydenham made 145 and. Linwood 61 for four. Continuing to-day, Linwood brought the total to 170. Sydenham, in their second strike, put on 77 for two. East Christchurch made 158 in their first, innings against Riccarton (Gregory 53). Riccarton. who had made 206 in the first, put on 76 for three in the second.
