(United Press Association.—Copyright.) BELGRADE, 27th November. Artillery left Scutari to operate against tho revolting Roman Catholic tribesmen, who have been driven back into the ranges. The Italian and Jugo-Slavian authorities have agreed that the rising is purely an Albanian domestic affair.
